The board of trustees oversee the day to day operations through an Executive Director, Pat Sosa VerDuin. These trustees have provided significant time and talent in taking the initiative from a vision to reality. The trustees keep the Readiness Council engaged and informed on the progress of the initiative.

Readiness Council

The Council is comprised of highly accomplished professionals from all sectors who are committed to success. They are respected leaders and trusted advocates for the community sectors they represent and are ethnically representative of the community. Each council member commits a significant amount of their personal time to implementing the initiatives work plan by providing leadership to the various task forces, committees and special projects that represent Ready for School.
